How does the delivery work?

Once you have completed your purchase online, we will be in touch to confirm delivery arrangements with you. Your meals will always arrive frozen. Once we arrive at your location we can: 1. Hand them straight to you (using COVID-19 best practice food handling) or 2. If no-one is home - you can leave a chilly bin outside. Please give clear instructions in the 'delivery instructions' part of online check-out or 3. Purchase a 'chilltainer' box - these will keep your meals frozen for at least 12 hours

Can I pick-up in store?

As of February 2021 this option is currently not available

Do I need to add delivery instructions to my order?

Yes please - we need to know if your house is hard to find, or a long way from the road, or dogs to be aware of. You can leave these instructions in the online check-out. Please be as clear as possible.

What are the delivery charges?

Wairarapa Towns:

  • Martinborough - $5.00
  • Featherston - $7.50
  • Greytown - $7.50
  • Carterton - $9.00
  • Masterton - $9.00

Greater Wellington Region - via courier (as arranged when we contact you)
